House rules

1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay cleaning are liable for any resulting costs. 2. Events are not permitted unless expressly approved by us. Excessive visitor traffic not coordinated with us and the City of Kassel is prohibited. 3. Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, especially during nighttime hours. This is a strictly residential area! Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM must be observed. Conversations or gatherings outside the accommodation after 10:00 PM must take place indoors to respect the neighbors’ rest. In case of sufficient noise disturbance, the booking will be immediately canceled, and the guest must vacate the premises without refund. Additionally, a €100 penalty will apply, and any further costs (e.g., security services) will be charged to the guest. 4. Smoking (including shisha and e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a €150 fine plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. 5. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 6. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. 7. Pets are not permitted. In case of violation, a €150 cleaning fee will be charged per stay. 8. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys or remote controls. 9. Charging electric vehicles via outdoor outlets or extension cords is strictly prohibited. The building’s electrical system is not designed for this purpose! Violations will result in a €250 fine plus electricity overuse charges and possible damage repair costs. 10. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Any damage must be reported to our customer service. 11. By booking a reservation, guests agree to comply with these house rules. Guests who fail to do so are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.
